HOWO 6×4 Dump Trucks Pass Inspection for Liberian Client, Ready for Delivery

The truck inspection process is a crucial step after the factory’s quality control is finished and before the truck is handed over to the client. Conducting inspections from the client’s perspective, including checking appearance requirements and performance indicators to ensure compliance with order specifications and client needs, holds significant and far-reaching importance for the client’s actual business operations and long-term cooperation with our factory. Our factory supports clients who wish to inspect the trucks in person, via remote video calls, or through third-party inspectors appointed by the client.

Recently, Ms. Bonah was entrusted by a Liberian client to inspect the trucks at the factory. Based on the order agreement and the inspection checklist provided by the client, Ms. Bonah systematically examined and verified each truck, meticulously documenting every inspection item with detailed photos and videos. She also held on-site video conferences with the client’s team, providing real-time updates of the inspection process via video calls and addressing any ad hoc questions from the client.

Following Ms. Bonah’s rigorous inspection, our trucks fully met the requirements of the order in terms of engine performance, steering system precision, braking system sensitivity, cab interior, cargo box dimensions, axle and tire configurations, and hydraulic system stability. The trucks exceeded the client’s expectations and were highly praised by both the client and their technical team.

The client paid the remaining balance for the trucks the day after the inspection. Currently, all preparations for the trucks are complete, and they are awaiting shipment to the port.
