In order to ensure safe operation and prolong the service life of the dump truck, it is crucial to observe the following guidelines.

.The hydraulic mechanism should be in good working condition. It should operate smoothly without any blockage or abnormal sound. Moreover, the surface of the hydraulic cylinder should be clean to avoid any possible damage or oil leak.

.If the truck is not engaged in any unloading activity, the lifting control lever should be kept in the neutral position. Before lifting the cargo body, it is necessary to remove the locking pin. After unloading, it is necessary to insert the locking pin.

.Before loading with an excavator, it is necessary to press the hand brake when the vehicle is already in position. When passing over the cab of the truck with the excavator's bucket, it is prohibited to stay inside the cab.

.Before unloading, it is necessary to ensure that there are no wires or obstacles overhead and that there is no person around. It is crucial to keep the vehicle stationary during unloading. It is prohibited to drive when the body is raised. It is necessary to keep the engine speed medium when lifting. When the body is at its highest point, it is necessary to slow down the engine speed to prevent vibration.

.Before unloading near pits or uneven surfaces, it is necessary to maintain a safe distance from the edge to prevent possible collapse or rollover. It is prohibited to perform side dumping when working on slopes.

.Before moving the vehicle after unloading, it is necessary to lower completely the cargo body. It is prohibited to drive when the body is raised. It is prohibited to carry passengers in the cargo body.

.Before performing maintenance or lubrication when the body is raised, it is necessary to support it with safety braces before working underneath it.
