Recently we have finished another order for a truck, which was placed by a customer from Chad. After negotiations and analysis, the customer chose to buy a SHACMAN 6×4 Dump Truck from us, starting our future cooperation.
In the beginning of our negotiations, the customer had high demands regarding quality, performance and reliability of the truck. Taking into account that trucks work in difficult conditions in Africa, the choice of a durable and cheap truck was the main task of the customer.
According to the requirements of the customer, we suggested him the SHACMAN 6×4 dump truck, which is famous for its robust power, great carrying ability, stable performance, and suitability for Africa's market. Also, we gave him truck specifications, videos of checking of the trucks, and professional advice.
Throughout the entire communication process, we kept our close touch with the customer and answered all his questions on configuration, refurbishing requirements, shipping requirements, and after-sales services. Thus, we gradually won the trust of the customer through transparent communication and professional service.
In conclusion, our customer successfully confirmed his purchase and deposited payment for the SHACMAN 6X4 Dump Truck. We will carefully refurbish the truck based on the agreed terms in order to ensure that it will be delivered in an excellent state.
Our successful cooperation with our Chad-based customer is yet another instance when we provide high quality trucks to our customers from all around the world. We hope that this cooperation will develop into a long-term one where we will help other customers grow their business thanks to high-quality heavy-duty trucks.
