While visiting our factory, Mr. Kofi Mensah from Nigeria evaluated our trucks before deciding to buy a dump truck that he was going to use for local engineering projects. When Mr. Mensah came to the factory, our sales staff took him on a tour of that area of our production facility where we build all of our dump trucks - the finished trucks and the quality control area.
During his tour of the factory, Mr. Mensah examined every part of the dump truck in detail (chassis, cargo box material, suspension, engine and transmission). Once he completed the factory tour, he then went to our factory test track to take our dump truck for an extensive test drive.
During his test drive of the dump truck, Mr. Mensah tested the truck's capabilities, i.e., acceleration, climbing ability, steering, and braking, to determine if the dump truck was going to perform as he expected it would. He also tested the functionality of the hydraulic lifting system numerous times to be certain it was stable.
After completing the entire test drive and examining the entire functionality of the dump truck, Mr. Mensah was extremely satisfied with the truck's performance, overall build quality and value. We discussed all aspects of the truck (specifications, pricing, delivery, shipping and after sales service), and reached a completed agreement on the same day.
