Features-Rebuild Engine
It is equipped with a 95% new remanufactured engine. The refurbishment steps for our 95% new remanufactured engine are: The entire engine was disassembled. The parts were cleaned thoroughly with industrial ultrasonic waves. The worn and aged parts were discarded and replaced with new ones. The appearance parts were also polished. Some parts were rusty. To ensure the performance of the engine, we used professional tools for exquisite assembly. Next, the oil pump was tested and calibrated. After the oil pump test was completed.
We conduct on-machine tests, let the data speak for itself, using machines and computers to detect the engine load (30-60 tons). Then, we test the engine's performance, including power, torque, rotational speed, water temperature, oil temperature, exhaust temperature, exhaust gas temperature, etc., with precise data. We determine whether this engine is performing well by comparing it with the standard data of the new Sinotruk engine. Whether qualified or not. And a paper test report can be printed. By adjusting the changes of the load, the performance parameters of the engine under different loads can also be detected. The sealing performance was also tested through load operation. Check for any oil leakage, seepage or other phenomena.
After the inspection meets the standards of the new engine, we will spray paint to complete the refurbishment of the 95% new remanufactured engine that our customers were equipped with when purchasing the truck.
