Truck Introduction

All hydraulic lines, delivery pipes, and pump pipes are maintained at approximately 90% new condition, guaranteeing efficient fluid transmission and reliable system performance. The truck has undergone a complete bucket assembly replacement, including S-pipes, mixer components, wear plates, cutting rings, pistons, platforms, and associated structural parts, ensuring long-term durability in continuous operation. Additionally, the entire hydraulic oil system has been renewed with five full barrels of premium hydraulic oil, while all main and auxiliary pumps, including the boom pump, have been bench-tested and calibrated to factory standards, providing consistent pumping performance.

A thorough cleaning of the full hydraulic system—including main and auxiliary valves, boom multi-way valves, and stabilizer valves—was performed, with cylinder disassembly and seal replacement (excluding boom cylinders) to restore peak functionality. The gear reducers have been disassembled, inspected, and repaired with genuine replacement parts, ensuring transmission reliability. Furthermore, the complete electrical system has been upgraded with original factory wiring, including the control cabinet, integration of chassis and mounted control electronics, and installation and calibration of hydraulic components.

Final three-stage testing confirms all functions, including chassis computer diagnostics, load tests, and water operation trials. Additional features include turret guards, valve covers, various hydraulic clamps, and a full three-layer paint process (37m–47m), with high-pressure cleaning and export-quality finishing.

Components are cleaned with industrial ultrasonic waves to remove carbon, scale, and oil deposits, allowing precise inspection and polishing of usable parts. All discarded components are replaced with new ones. Reassembly follows strict procedures, including precise torque settings, proper sealing, and gasoline cleaning to ensure a dust-free environment and optimal performance.

The oil pump undergoes advanced calibration for uniform injection volume and pressure, with multiple fine-tuning adjustments to optimize performance and ensure stable, reliable power output. Final testing includes load simulation under various conditions, detailed analysis of power, torque, RPM, water, oil, and exhaust temperatures, and thorough leak detection to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
