Remanufactured Engines
The engine is disassembled, removing worn parts over 20% and replacing them with new ones. Parts are cleaned using ultrasonic methods to remove impurities. After cleaning, the parts are rechecked, polished, and de-rusted. The engine is reassembled with proper sealing and a dust-free environment. Tests include checking the fuel pump, load, and performing a leak test.
