The engine is disassembled, removing parts worn over 20%. Good parts are separated, and new ones replace the damaged ones.
Next, the parts are cleaned using ultrasonic cleaning to remove oil, carbon, and impurities. After cleaning, parts are rechecked, and damaged ones are discarded.
The good parts are polished and de-rusted before reassembly with new parts.
