Jining's Used Truck Export Emerges as a New Growth Engine for Foreign Trade

Recently, the Jining Municipal Government Information Office released its 2023 foreign trade report, which spotlighted the remarkable rise of the city’s used car export sector. According to the report, Jining exported 4,204 used vehicles last year, with a total export value of 560 million yuan, marking a year-on-year surge of 187% in volume and 272% in value.

This robust growth underscores the strong momentum and expanding potential of Jining’s second-hand vehicle trade, as well as the city’s active role in fostering innovation and transformation within its foreign trade ecosystem. As one of China's designated pilot cities for used vehicle exports, Jining has made continuous progress through policy facilitation, enterprise incubation, and the improvement of quality and scale in its vehicle export practices.

Furthermore, Jining has been proactively exploring diversified export models, such as digital trade platforms, overseas warehouses, and localized market adaptation, which have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and global market competitiveness.
