The entire tank has undergone sandblasting, rust removal, and coating with premium industrial paint to ensure long-lasting durability in harsh environments.

In addition to the main tank body, the vehicle includes a 28,000-liter oil tank with six compartments, allowing for the transportation of different fuel types simultaneously. The tank thicknesses are carefully engineered: 5 mm for the main body, 5 mm for the end covers, and 4 mm for the wave plates, ensuring both strength and optimized weight balance. The truck is also equipped with a national-standard manhole cover, discharge outlet, and pipeline system (2.5-inch configuration). To meet the customer’s operational needs, the vehicle integrates a gear oil pump (76YCB-40 from Shandong Weijia), together with a fuel dispenser gun and flow meter, providing precision in retail fuel distribution.
