Unique Technology
The engine is fully disassembled to assess its condition and plan maintenance. Worn parts (over 20%) are replaced. All parts are cleaned with industrial ultrasonic waves to remove oil, carbon, and scale, making wear easier to spot. Good parts are polished; damaged ones are discarded and replaced. The engine is reassembled using strict procedures, including proper sealing, torque settings, and cleaning with gasoline. The oil pump is tested and calibrated for accurate fuel injection. Finally, engine performance is checked through load simulation, data analysis (power, torque, temperature), and leak detection to ensure optimal, reliable operation.
