In recent years, the Howo 6x4 dump truck has become one of the most widely used commercial vehicles across Africa, especially in construction, mining, and roadwork industries. Among its various configurations, the 371 horsepower model stands out as the most popular choice due to its strong engine performance, durability, and excellent load capacity. Its reliability under harsh working conditions has made it the go-to option for many contractors and transporters. Inspired by this widespread adoption and high demand, Mr. Karl from Senegal saw a great opportunity to enter the truck business and decided to take the first step in building his own fleet.
Motivated by this vision, Mr. Karl came to China to explore the second-hand truck market, with a special interest in pre-owned Howo trucks. He had heard that China has a mature ecosystem of used truck factories and suppliers, and he wanted to inspect everything in person—compare prices, examine quality, and find the most trustworthy partner to work with. After visiting several suppliers, Mr. Karl ultimately chose us. What convinced him was not only our professional service, but more importantly, our in-house rebuilt engine facility. Unlike many sellers, we have a specialized engine rebuilding plant where every used engine goes through a comprehensive restoration process—from the cylinder head to the piston, crankshaft, and bearings. Our process is fully transparent; customers are welcome to visit the workshop and observe the rebuild in progress.
One of the highlights of our factory is the hydraulic engine load testing machine, which simulates real-world truck operation by applying water pressure to recreate heavy-load conditions. This allows us to measure engine performance accurately. The test results show that our rebuilt engines perform at over 95% of the original engine’s efficiency—a fact that truly impressed Mr. Karl. He appreciated that we were able to back up our promises with clear data, which gave him the confidence to place his first order with us.
Once production of the truck was complete, we maintained close communication with Mr. Karl. Our team provided photos and videos throughout every step of the rebuilding and assembly process, including loading and shipping. We understand the concerns customers may have when buying from overseas, which is why we ensure full transparency and timely updates.
