The HOWO 6x4 has a strong 20,000L steel tank that ensures safe and reliable fuel transport.
It comes with a fuel pump, flow meter, and emergency stop button for easy and secure fueling operations.
Durable 13R22.5 tires and a convenient ladder make it perfect for tough and efficient fuel delivery jobs.
The HOWO 6x4 fuel tanker truck is a reliable and efficient solution for transporting and distributing fuel over long distances. Built on the robust HOWO chassis, it features a powerful engine, excellent suspension, and high ground clearance, making it ideal for rugged road conditions across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
The upper tank structure has a total capacity of 20,000 liters, divided into four equal compartments of 5,000 liters each. This multi-compartment design allows for the transportation of different fuel types or batch deliveries. The tank is constructed from Q345D high-strength steel, with a thickness of 5mm, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to pressure, corrosion, and extreme weather. The design complies with ADR international dangerous goods transport standards, ensuring high safety during fuel operations.
Each tank is equipped with 4 EMCO 24-bolt manholes, 4 pneumatic bottom valves (EMCO), and 4 DN80 Perolo bottom valves for controlled discharge and emergency shut-off. An emergency stop button is installed to cut fuel flow instantly in hazardous situations. It also includes a fuel pump, flow meter, mechanical refueling gun, and two flexible hoses, enabling fast and accurate dispensing at any location.
To facilitate operator access and maintenance, a sturdy rear-mounted ladder is provided (as shown in reference image 1). The vehicle rides on durable 13R22.5 original Japanese tires, which offer strong load-bearing capacity and excellent road grip.
This HOWO fuel tanker truck is suitable for fuel stations, mining operations, and oil logistics companies. With professional construction, international-standard fittings, and complete safety features, it provides a dependable and efficient option for modern fuel transport needs. It's a strong choice for export markets demanding quality, durability, and compliance.

Our rebuilt engines undergo a series of professional processes including deep cleaning, surface grinding, parts replacement, and internal recalibration. We use high-precision diagnostic and testing equipment to ensure every engine meets strict performance and safety standards. This guarantees stable power output, long service life, and reliability even under heavy-duty conditions.
The engine is fully disassembled to assess its condition and create a precise maintenance plan. Parts with over 20% wear are removed and replaced. All components are cleaned using industrial ultrasonic technology to clear oil passages and carbon deposits. After cleaning, parts are sorted again; worn ones are replaced, and usable ones are polished. The engine is reassembled under strict procedures, using precise torque tools and sealed in a clean environment. The oil pump is tested and calibrated for accurate fuel injection. Finally, performance is tested under load, analyzing key data and checking for any leaks to ensure reliability.
