The engine is first disassembled, and parts that are worn over 20% are removed. The remaining good parts are separated, and new parts are prepared to replace the damaged ones.

Next, ultrasonic cleaning is used to remove oil, carbon buildup, scale, and other impurities. After cleaning, the parts are re-inspected, and any remaining damaged components are discarded.

The good parts are polished, and rust is removed before they are reclassified. Damaged parts are replaced with new ones.

The engine is then reassembled according to new engine standards, ensuring proper sealing, precise torque, and a dust-free environment.

Testing follows, including fuel pump calibration to check the injection volume and pressure for stable performance. The fuel pump's operation is fine-tuned to ensure optimal power output.

Load testing is conducted to simulate real-world conditions and assess the engine's performance. Key data, such as power, torque, and temperature, are analyzed. Finally, a leak test is performed to ensure there are no oil leaks.
